Anonymous Letters to the Mind is a mocked exhibit held in West Chester University’s Knauer Gallery, the premise is that students would be able to visit the gallery on a 24/7 basis and anonymously write and leave notes of encouragement or struggle on the back wall of the gallery. Mental health professionals would partner with the university and visit the gallery on certain days of the week to provide assistance or information on therapy and other resources. The gallery would offer a support system to students nervous about seeking help, and break the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
